This Cancellation and Refunds Policy outlines the rules and procedures regarding the cancellation of subscriptions and the conditions under which refunds are issued for Ethoseek Software Private Limited ("the Service").
2. Subscription Cancellation
2.1 User-Initiated Cancellation
- Users may cancel their subscription at any time through the account settings in the application or by contacting our support team at support@ethoseek.com.
- Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and users will retain access to the Service until that time.
2.2 Company-Initiated Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel a user's subscription immediately under circumstances including, but not limited to, violation of our Terms of Service, misuse of the Service, or failure to make required payments.
2.3 Effect of Cancellation
Upon cancellation, the user will no longer be billed for subsequent billing periods. No partial refunds will be provided for the remaining period of the subscription after cancellation unless specified otherwise in this policy.
3. Refunds
3.1 Refund Eligibility
Refunds are generally not provided for the Service except in the following cases:
- If the Service is found to be defective or not as described.
- In cases of accidental purchases, provided the refund request is made within 7 days of the purchase date.
- If a user is charged after cancelling their subscription, they may be eligible for a refund for the incorrect charge.
- Any other circumstances as determined at our sole discretion.
3.2 Refund Request Process

- Account details (name, email associated with the account).
- Reason for the refund request.
- Transaction details (date of purchase, amount, etc.).
3.3 Refund Method
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
- Users are responsible for any fees that their bank or payment provider may charge as part of the refund process.
3.4 Non-Refundable Items
One-time setup fees, custom development work, and any additional charges incurred for the use of third-party services integrated with the Service are non-refundable.
4. Trial Period
4.1 Free Trial
- If users sign up for a free trial, they may cancel at any time during the trial period without incurring any charges.
- If not canceled before the trial ends, users will automatically be charged for the chosen subscription plan.
5. Changes to the Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this Cancellation and Refunds Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised policy on our website. Users are encouraged to review this policy periodically.
